Not Where I Started but Exactly Where I Belong:
The Work I Was Meant to Do
I didn’t start in fitness. For nearly a decade, I worked in a legal environment within the government: structured, secure, and very far removed from the world I’m in now. From the outside, it made sense. But internally, something kept nudging me. A quiet but persistent pull toward something more meaningful, more connected, more human. Eventually, I listened.
What began as a leap of faith became a calling: to help people reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their strength, and step into a deeper sense of self through movement.
My Approach:
I don’t believe fitness is about shrinking yourself or chasing unrealistic standards.
I believe it’s about:
You don’t just “work out.” You begin to show up for yourself differently.
Clients who work with me receive personalized support, consistent accountability, and a coach who is fully invested in your success. Together, we'll connect through weekly private coaching sessions, weekly check-ins and additional calls or texts whenever you need extra guidance or encouragement.
My goal isn't to have you rely on me forever. It's to equip you with the knowledge, confidence and sustainable habits you need to create lasting health and long-term success.
The journey is for those who are ready to take ownership of their wellness. If you're committed to making meaningful change, I'll be here supporting and encouraging you to help you every step of the way.
Where I Am Now:
As a postmenopausal woman, my work has evolved alongside my own life. I understand firsthand how this chapter can feel: physically, emotionally and mentally. The changes, the frustrations, the moments where what used to work… doesn’t anymore and I so lean into my journey to help me serve others. And that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about supporting women here.
This isn’t about going harder. It’s about going smarter. Together, we focus on strength, stability, mobility, and sustainable movement that supports your body, not fight it.
My Credentials:
My work is grounded in both education and real-life experience. I hold certifications in:
How I Work With Clients:
I offer a range of options to meet you where you are, both physically and in life.
Private 1:1 Training
Personalized sessions designed specifically for your body, goals, and lifestyle.
Small Group Training
Supportive, intentional sessions that combine community with individualized attention.
Outdoor Classes
Seasonal movement experiences that bring fresh air, energy, nature and connection into your routine.
I also offer flexibility in how we train:
The goal is simple: make fitness feel fun, accessible, comfortable and sustainable for you.
Community Matters:
Beyond training, I’ve always believed in the power of connection. That’s why I created the Barrie Ladies Walking Group: a space for women in Barrie, Ontario to come together, move their bodies, connect with other ladies and feel safe doing it. It’s not about pace or performance. It’s about showing up, getting outside, and being part of something supportive.
An Invitation:
If you’re ready to feel stronger…more connected to your body and supported in a way that actually fits your life, you’re in the right place! This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to yourself, and building strength from there.
